As upstate New York's largest healthcare insurer, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield's goal was to get in touch with their subscribers, to start a conversation with them (and the public) about ways to become more proactive with their health. To lose weight and get healthy in small ways that don't mean saying good-bye to the ice-cream in your life and hello mr. trainer.
It's as simple as being aware of how those little choices you make every day impact your waistline and general well-being. Skip the extra slice, slide into the skinny jeans. Make a habit out of walking, feel deliciously good about that chocloate cake. Switch to tall skim latté instead of a grandé with whip, and the speedo might not seem so silly.
With a promise that they'd be there in unexpected ways and unexpected places to cheer you on, they made healthcare fun.
